We offer a no quibble returns policy. If you are not completely happy with your bag, just return it to us in its original packaging within 28 days and we will refund your money.

After sales service
Our intention is to prolong the useful life of our creations so if your bag gets damaged or worn you can return it for a free repair.

Trade-in deal
Because we are committed to recycling we'll buy back your bag when you have finished with it. We'll give you a discount off your next purchase which will reflect the-saleability or recyclability of your item. For example, if you return your handbag as new, we will give you 50% off your next one.
